Biography
Seth Sendashonga served as Rwanda’s Minister of Interior after 1994 before falling out with the leadership and going into exile.
Circumstances
Shot dead in Nairobi. An earlier assassination attempt against him had been reported in 1996. The killing is repeatedly cited in documentation of attacks on Rwandan dissidents abroad.
Alleged responsibility
