Biography
Assinapol Rwigara was a prominent Rwandan businessman known for tobacco and real estate interests. His family later publicly disputed the official account of his death.
Circumstances
Died after a road collision in Kigali. Authorities described the death as a traffic accident. Family members publicly alleged foul play and called for an independent investigation.
