A credible justice system applies the same standards to the powerful and the powerless. Selective prosecutions, opaque national-security charges, and compromised judicial independence destroy public trust.

RNC calls for reforms that insulate judges and prosecutors from partisan command, guarantee counsel and open hearings, and allow independent monitoring of detention facilities.

Without rule of law, elections and development plans remain fragile—because power is unconstrained.
