Kagame Can’t Afford a Suit After US and UK Cut His Cash — He Met King Charles in a Dress 😂

Look at this photo carefully.
King Charles is standing there in a proper grey suit, looking every bit like a man who still has a functioning bank account. The woman beside him is dressed in elegant traditional attire. And then, off to the side, is Paul Kagame… in a dress.
Yes. A dress.
A long, flowing, patterned number that looks like it was borrowed from a relative’s wedding and never returned. While every other man in the room managed to find a jacket and tie, Kagame showed up looking like he lost a bet with his tailor.
This is what happens when the Americans slash your aid from $210 million to a humiliating $13 million, and the British follow up by cutting theirs from nearly £30 million to a pocket-change £5 million. Suddenly the designer suits disappear. The Italian shoes vanish. All that’s left is a colourful smock and the quiet dignity of a man who can no longer afford dry cleaning.
Perhaps the regime’s credit card got declined at the suit shop.
Perhaps the wardrobe budget was redirected to more urgent priorities — like hiring more Twitter influencers.
Or perhaps this is the new official uniform for leaders whose funders have finally had enough.
Everyone else came dressed for a meeting with the King.
Kagame came dressed for a “we’re experiencing technical difficulties” moment.
Hard times, indeed.
When even your clothes start filing for bankruptcy, you know the free ride is well and truly over.😂
